Only 0.1% of our DNA made us different from each other. How?

We all Humans are made up of different kinds of organs constituting diffrent types of cells. All of these cells consist of a genetic material that made us to look like and function like a human being. We are diffrent from animals, birds and all other creatures present on this world because we contain a different and special kind of genetic material. This genetic material in us, is known as Deoxyribonucleic acid or in simple words DNA. This DNA is the main cause of the functionality and the appearance of our bodies. 

We all have 99.9% of similar genetic material in each of us and that's why that we are all humans. Now a question will appear in your mind that "I'm not looking like a Chinese or an American, so how do we have 99.9% similar DNA?" It's answer is that, it is only 0.1% of DNA that makes a difference between you and other person. Their appearance will be different from you, only due to this small fragment of DNA. In other words, we all have 3 billion base pairs present in our DNA. These base pairs are the main stores of our genetic information. Out of these 3 billion base pairs, only 3 millions or 30 lakhs base pairs made us to look different from each other. These 3 million base pairs also influence our health conditions or immunity conditions.

 

How only 0.1% of DNA makes our identity diffrent from other people?

This DNA controls some major identification factors of our body like

Hair colour

You will found that some of you friends have dark, and heavy hairs and some of them have light shaded and soft hairs. All of these differences are only due to 0.1% of DNA.

Skin colour

We all have diffrent skin colours like black, pale, brown, white etc. All of these skin colour made our identity diffrent from each other. This difference is also due to that 0.1% DNA.

Height

Some of us are very tall and some are very dwarf. There are some people that are not much tall and not much dwarf. Sometimes we thought that, she is doing daily exercise and that's why she is tall but it's not true. Its her 0.1% DNA that made her height different from you and she is 99.9% like you.

Eye color 

Some persons have very beautiful eyes like of blue, green colors. We thought that they are special and diffrent from us but it's only 0.1% DNA that made them to look different from us. So don't say it that they are special, they are 99.9% like us.

There are also some other factors that are influenced by this 0.1% of total DNA fragment. So this is the reason of our different appearance and diffrent health conditions from other people.
